Survivors
A group based around anyone who has survived so far. Anyone who is out and risking their lives, and possibly others as well, will belong here. Woodbury citizens have mostly gone to where Rick and his group are. I'm sure there are a few still in Woodbury, however, they are still called Survivors. Occupation doesn't matter. This group signifies those that are not within the safety of the Government Fortress, or the Military Base.
Government
The Government hoarded several people, including the President and his family, into one large fortress. This group is for those that are simply living within the Government fortress, and those that are fighting for it. It ranges from Police Officers, Agents, FBI, Waitress'...etc Your occupation doesn't truthfully matter. If you're in here, and you have a job. Then you're working within the fortress, unless your job calls for working out of the fortress. It is located in South-western New York.
Military
There are most likely multiple places that have been closed off from the outside world. The Military are likely to reside in their own locations. Though they will have direct contact to the Government, and those two groups will most likely work together with a lot of things. That's just life, people. Your occupation doesn't matter here either, and you can even be unemployed. Though you might be homeless then. This is much like the Government fortress. Only it is run by the Military itself, while the Government has more regular people, and minimal Military. Other than those protecting the fortress. It is located in Southern Colorado.
