The Rules
If you join the site you agree to the following rules, as well as Proboards Terms of Service.
1. All content must be rated PG-13. Mild violence, romance, and the like are permitted, just remember the rating please.
2. We do not tolerate theft of any kind, nor do we tolerate bullying, harassment, or general disregard of the forum rules, staff, or its members.
3. There isn't a post count, nor is there an application. However we do expect the use of proper spelling and grammar. You can write as much or as little as you'd like.
4. You are allowed up to 10 characters total, each on a different account. If you want more than 10 please contact an admin and if you are active with all of your accounts we will give you permission to make more.
5. Sensitive topics including but not limited to: suicide, rape, destructive behaviors, abuse, etc. are something to be kept off the forums as much as possible, if you have a question about what is or isn't allowed contact staff immediately.
6. Signatures must be no bigger than 500 x 300, avatars can be up to 200 x 200.
7. When creating a character, be sure you have properly looked over the member groups. Be sure that your character fits into their member group.
8. We have a guide on The Virus. So, please be sure you have read it, and understand it. If you have ideas, please PM a staff member.
9. There is another guide on Weaponry and Supplies, be sure to read it. We just want to remind you that you can only have a maximum of 4 weapons to begin with. You can gain more over time,
10. This is more of a reminder, than a rule. We allow comic book and television series characters. We do not hold a canon list simply because this site is more original character driven. While you are able to take up Rick and his gang, or the Governor and his hooligans. They will be just as important as everyone else on the site.
11. When deciding on a Face Claim, refrain from using anyone in the television series. This can cause future conflict, so please do not try and make a character with Andrew Lincoln (or anyone else from the show) as anyone other than Rick. *This doesn't count for very minimal characters, such as background extras. We also will not accept face claims of anyone that has died. Lori is dead, and that means Sarah can't be played as a new/different character.
12. After joining, change your name to your character's First M. Last name in proper capitalization. (M. is optional)
13. Gifs are allowed in signatures, but nothing flashy. And they will be removed if they stretch the board, or are too big. Some people have problems with flashing images, so just be cautious.
14. Zombies never existed in the media before the outbreak, in the Walking Dead. So no one previously knows of what Zombies are. This is the reason they are called Walkers, and people aren't sure how to deal with them.
